Best white-label AI voice agent platforms in 2026
Finished products, white-label platforms and developer APIs, compared on what you actually get and what they publish for price. Checked September 2026.

If you want to resell AI phone agents under your own brand, the platforms fall into three groups: finished products you rebrand, white-label platforms you build agents on, and developer APIs you wrap in your own dashboard. The right one depends less on the voice quality, which is good across the board now, and more on who builds the integrations and who answers the phone when a customer's calls go wrong.
A disclosure first: we make Pulse, and it's on this list. Everything said here about other platforms comes from their own websites and documentation, checked on September 29, 2026. Prices change, so confirm before you sign.
The shortlist
| Platform | What you get | Published starting price |
|---|---|---|
| Pulse | A finished agent for specific industries, rebranded, built and run for you | Per deployment, quoted in writing |
| Synthflow | White-label platform: sub-accounts, your domain, your branding, your pricing | Enterprise contracts from $30,000 a year |
| Trillet | White-label agency platform with outbound and multi-agent features | From $99 a month with included minutes, then $0.12 a minute |
| AI Front Desk | Reseller program for its AI receptionist, fully rebranded | Custom, from $500 a month |
| VoiceAIWrapper | A branded client portal on top of Vapi, Retell and others | $79 a month for 5 clients, plus the voice provider's minutes |
| Vapi, Retell | Developer platforms. No white-label on their pricing pages | Vapi $0.05 a minute hosting. Retell $0.07 to $0.31 a minute |
1. Pulse: best if you want to sell a finished product
Pulse arrives already built for restaurants, senior living, hotels, sports facilities and property rentals, with the integrations those businesses need: orders into the POS, bookings into the PMS or the booking board, tickets into the maintenance queue. You put your name on the greeting, the caller ID and the invoice. We run the engine and the telephony, and we're the ones fixing it when a call goes wrong.
Good fit: agencies and software companies that want to sell outcomes in those industries without hiring voice engineers. Less good: if you want to design every conversation yourself for an unusual use case, a build-it-yourself platform gives you more control. See Pulse white-label.
2. Synthflow: best for large agencies that want a full platform
Synthflow's agency offering lets you create and manage sub-accounts, control what each client can access, host the app on your own domain with your name, logo and colors, and set your own pricing. Its pricing page lists enterprise contracts starting at $30,000 a year.
Good fit: established agencies with volume and a team to build and support agents. Less good: small agencies testing the waters, given the entry price.
3. Trillet: best entry price for a white-label platform
Trillet sells a white-label platform for agencies starting at $99 a month, with 1,000 or 3,000 included minutes depending on the tier and $0.12 a minute after that. It includes outbound calling and multi-agent setups. Its separate $49 receptionist product is Trillet-branded and not resellable, so make sure you're on the agency plan.
Good fit: small agencies that want a low monthly floor. Less good: you still design and support each client's agent yourself.
4. AI Front Desk: best for reselling a ready AI receptionist
AI Front Desk (My AI Front Desk) runs a reseller program where, in its words, "every screen, URL, and email goes out under your name," with unlimited client sub-accounts. Pricing is custom, starting at $500 a month.
Good fit: agencies selling a general AI receptionist to many small businesses. Less good: businesses that need deep work inside a POS or PMS rather than calls, messages and scheduling.
5. VoiceAIWrapper: best if you already build on Vapi or Retell
VoiceAIWrapper isn't a voice engine. It's a branded layer over one: your domain, your logo, your client portal and email from your own address, with Stripe rebilling. Plans run $79 a month for 5 clients, $249 for 10 and $499 for 20, and voice minutes are billed separately by the provider you use, such as Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs Agents, Bolna or Ultravox.
Good fit: technical agencies already building on those APIs who need client-facing branding. Less good: anyone who doesn't want to build the agents underneath.
6. Vapi and Retell: best raw building blocks
Both are developer platforms, and neither lists white-label on its pricing page. Vapi charges $0.05 a minute for hosting plus the model and voice providers you choose. Retell publishes $0.07 to $0.31 a minute for voice agents. They're powerful if you have engineers, and agencies often pair them with a wrapper like the one above. We wrote straight comparisons with Vapi and Retell.
How to choose
- Who builds the integration? An agent that only takes messages is a nicer voicemail. Ask which systems each platform writes into today.
- Who supports it at 9 PM on a Saturday? With a developer platform, that's you.
- How does your margin behave? Per-minute costs rise with your client's busiest month. Flat per-client pricing doesn't.
- Does anything leak the platform's name? Check the caller ID, emails, the login page and invoices.
- Can you test on a real client's data? Point a test number at a real menu or calendar and try to break it before you sign.

Questions people ask
What is the best white-label AI voice agent platform?
It depends on who builds and supports the agents. Finished products like Pulse suit agencies selling outcomes in specific industries. Platforms like Synthflow and Trillet suit agencies that build their own agents. Wrappers suit teams already building on Vapi or Retell.
Can I white-label Vapi or Retell?
Neither lists white-label on its pricing page. Agencies often add a branded portal such as VoiceAIWrapper on top, with voice minutes billed by Vapi or Retell.
What does a white-label AI voice platform cost?
Published entry points range from $79 a month for a wrapper (plus voice minutes) and $99 a month for Trillet, to custom plans from $500 a month and enterprise contracts from $30,000 a year.
What is the difference between white-label and reselling?
Reselling means selling someone else's product. White-label means selling it under your own brand, with your name on the greeting, caller ID, dashboard and invoice.
