We build for the industries software forgot to call.
Pulse AI LLC builds AI phone agents for businesses whose busiest channel is still a ringing telephone. We started in restaurants. We are not stopping there.
Why we started
It began with a phone nobody could get to.
Pulse started in a restaurant we love. We watched a family member work the line through the dinner rush while the phone rang and rang — and every missed call was a real order walking out the door. Not a metric. An order, from a regular, who might not call back.
The same shape turned up everywhere we looked. A senior living community where residents ring the front desk to ask what's for lunch, because the phone is the only device they all already know how to use. The answer existed. Somebody had written it on a board that morning. It just could not get to the person asking.
That gap — between an answer that exists and a person who cannot reach it — is the whole company.
How we work
Three things we will not trade away.
It never invents an answer
If the information isn't there, the agent says so and points to a person. A confidently wrong answer costs a business more than no answer, in every industry we have worked in.
We stay behind your brand
Most of what we build ships under someone else's name. We are comfortable being the part nobody sees.
Where we are
Early, and honest about it.
Two products are live and taking real calls. We are a small team, we answer our own email, and you will talk to the people who build the thing. If you want a reference before you commit, ask — we will tell you exactly who is running it and for how long.
