• Order details and preferences
• Call transcriptions (text only — we do not record or store call audio)

• IP addresses and browser information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the AI voice assistant service
• Process customer orders and post them to your POS system
• Improve our AI models and service quality
• Send you service notifications and updates
• Provide customer support
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or share phone numbers or SMS/voice data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only with trusted third-party services necessary to operate the service:

• Twilio - Phone call handling
• Deepgram - Speech-to-text and text-to-speech
• OpenAI - AI conversation processing
• Stripe - Subscription billing for the restaurant's own Pulse AI plan only (never customer payments)
• POS Systems (Clover, Square, Lightspeed) - Order posting

Payment data. Pulse AI does not process, store, or transmit your customers' payment card data. All customer payments for orders are handled directly by the restaurant's point-of-sale system (for example, Clover or Square). Stripe is used only to bill the restaurant for its own Pulse AI subscription. We never receive or have access to your customers' card numbers.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.

3.3 Business Transfers

If Pulse AI is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure password hashing (PBKDF2)
• Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials
• Regular security audits and updates

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Call Transcription

To take orders accurately, Pulse AI converts calls to text (transcription) in real time. We do not record or store audio of calls — only the text transcript needed to process the order and provide the Service is retained.

As the restaurant using our Service, you remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR and CCPA) and any caller-notice requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your login session
• Remember your preferences
• Analyze service usage

Our Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
